Artists 4 Israel strongly suggests that sponsoring organizations take advantage of our Best Practices document to make the most of this event and offer the best advocacy and education possible to the many students who will attend. This event offer a strong opportunity for coalition building and the Best Practices document explains how to take advantage of this opportunity. I will review the Best Practices and work with Artists 4 Israel to make this the most impactful program possible. If I do not engage with Artists 4 Israel about the advocacy, educational or coalition building opportunities, I am prepared to handle these items through my organization.

I have or will go over the "Best Practices" document with an A4I team member and understand its suggestions.

Speaking fees are per organization/campus. If multiple organizations/campuses are joining the event, each campus must pay fees independent of each other.

In case of inclement weather, the event will be moved to a dry location. There is no refund for bad weather. If Artists 4 Israel team members are on-site, I or the organization I represent are responsible for the full cost of the event.

For Mural program, I must have a wall built and primed at the event location. Artists 4 Israel will provide a diagram upon request. I am responsible for all costs associated with this. If I do not provide these items or the event cannot happen for any other reasons related to missing or incomplete supplies or materials, I or the organization I represent am responsible for the full cost of the event. If Artists 4 Israel team members are on-site, this contract is satisfied.

For T-Shirt program, I must purchase the shirts, easels and canvas upon which to stretch the shirts. I am responsible for all costs associated with this. If I do not provide these items or the event cannot happen for any other reasons related to missing or incomplete supplies or materials, I or the organization I represent am responsible for the full cost of the event. If Artists 4 Israel team members are on-site, this contract is satisfied.

Live events last for 3 hours of "painting time".

If I cancel up to two weeks before the event I or the organization I represent must still pay the non-refundable deposit of half the overall program charge (currently, $1,000 for virtual events (except Graphic Design which is $1,500) and $4,000 for live events) plus any logistical costs already incurred and cannot be returned.

If I cancel within two weeks of the event, I or the organization I represent are responsible for the full program cost (currently $1,000 for virtual events (except Graphic Design which is $1,500) and $4,000 for live events).
